I teach people to communicate more effectively, improve their problem solving and coping skills and to recognize the impact they have on others.

After clients have worked with me, I want them to feel stronger, more resilient, safe and valued. Most importantly, I want them to be able to maintain strong, healthy relationships that will out distance whatever reason brought them to see me.
